  Let me say at the outset I am a man and therefore my knowledge of wedding dress shops is limited!! However I do know excellent customer service when I see it and Sharon provides it in abundance. Both my daughter and my wife have been to Flutterby for both my daughter's wedding dress and my wife's 'mother of the bride' outfit. Each visit has been met with nothing but wonderful attention and service. From seeing and hearing the reaction of both girls, it is patently obvious that Sharon made them feel so special, nothing was rushed and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't allowed to see my daughter's dress and nor do I want to until the day but I know it will be fabulous and I can't thank Sharon enough for making my little girls dream come true.
  As I said, I have a very limited knowledge of wedding dress shops but I would recommend to any bride to be, who wants to feel special, who wants excellent personal service and someone who will take time and go that extra mile for you, then visit Flutterby. You won't be disappointed!

  Amazing place. Fantastic customer service and a good choice of gowns and bridesmaid dresses. I said yes to the dress because of the whole experience!!! Definitely worth a visit!
